Description: Senior Contracts Manager International Senior Contracts Manager is required to develop an EPCM contract and lead a team to negotiate and award and subsequently administer key contract. EPCM contract be awarded to a consortia of global contractors for the engineering, procurement and construction.
Qualifications: 20+ years contract formulation experience with onshore and/or offshore oil and gas development projects Recent experience with prequalification, preparation of ITT, evaluation, negotiation and award of major contracts for construction, fabrication or installation. e.g. onshore gas plants, pipelines, topsides, jackets/sub-structures, sub-sea installation, heavy lift, LNG facilities etc. Recent and highly experienced with negotiation of contract terms and conditions for major EPCM or EPC contracts Ability to interact and influence senior project personnel, JVP representatives and other stakeholders Good understanding of the principles of EPC and EPCM contracts Broad understanding of technical elements associated with major oil and gas contracts with ability to interact effectively with project technical people Good interpersonal skills with ability to work as part of multi discipline team Ability to work to fast track project timelines.
