Basic Description :
The position will be assigned to a construction site as part of a site
management team near Port Hedland W. Australia and will be responsible
for all field operations within a designated area. The position will be
expected
to manage Sub-Contractors in all disciplines from erection through to
system
completion and handover for commissioning.
Basic Responsibilities :
€ Supervising multi-disciplinary teams / contractors on site within your
area of responsibility.
€ Being fully familiar with contract requirements, company policy and
procedures to ensure the requirements relating to the project and your
area
of responsibility are implemented.
€ Ensuring the project achieves its objectives in respect of HSE, Quality,
Cost and schedule.
€ Ensuring HSE is paramount in every task carried out.
€ Liaise with other disciplines / groups to ensure project requirements
met.
€ Maintaining effective communication between Resident Site Manager and
site labor force / contractors in your area of responsibility.
€ Providing co-ordination between field activities and the site office
staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
€ BS/University Degree, relevant
€ 10 or more years of relevant experience including at least 6 yrs of
project
management experience
€Relevant discipline qualification(s) &/ or appropriate experience
€Significant, relevant and similar industry experience.
€Ability and willingness to work in demanding and often remote locations
