The successful candidate will have a professional attitude and a
strong commercial awareness, able to deal directly and communicate
effectively with clients. You will possess a degree or equivalent experience
in Quantity
Surveying, Construction or an associated Engineering field and will have
7+ years of Cost Management experience on medium to large construction
projects, preferably pipelines projects. Energy experience required.
Cost Management is an integrated and comprehensive approach to
overseeing the costs of a capital project from inception to disposal of the
asset. Its primary focus is assuring a project is managed with full
recognition of the cost impact of anything that varies from the project
planning and budgeting baseline. Establishing a budget baseline that is
aligned properly with the client's expectations and scope is critical for
project success.
