Sr Hydraulic Modeling Manager(Pipeline)
Edmonton,AB
The Sr Hydraulic Modeling Manager will provide engineering
and systems expertise for the development and application of
dynamic hydraulic models.
-Takes a lead role in the design, implementation, and support of advanced
dynamic hydraulic modeling projects for company pipelines.
-Provide advanced support for the use of installed computational
pipeline monitoring systems (MBS) to assist in pipeline leak detection, and
ensures that support is provided in a timely manner with minimal pipeline
shut-downs due to non-leak alarms
-Responds to requests for hydraulic simulations from other groups within
the company
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements
-University degree with a minimum of 12 years of applied engineering
experience related to transient hydraulic simulation and computational
pipeline monitoring.
- Proven capabilities in complex system development and analytical
assessment.
- Effective communication, facilitation, customer service, and problem
solving skills.
