Description: Pipeline Construction Manager (Offshore) Location: Perth Construction management of all works associated with the loadout, transportation and offshore installation of all Offshore Pipelines including shore crossing. Directly administer and control, from ITT through to contract closeout, budget, schedule and quality aspects of the works. Lead the tender evaluation process and subsequent RFA through to shareholder approvals. Proactively lead HES and Quarantine activities throughout the construction of the Offshore Pipelines, including environmental and governmental approvals to ensure the works programme is unimpeded. Manage and provide line management support for Incident and Injury Free Inductions, and HAZID, HAZOP, JHA, Logistics and Quarantine workshops. Mentor & supervise the Offshore Pipeline Construction Team comprising all office / site representatives, engineers, inspectors, including wider Contracts, Cost/Planning, HES and QA personnel.
Qualifications: 15+ years project management of offshore pipeline construction developments. Ability to lead an integrated execution team with responsibility for the safe, timely and technical execution of the major submarine pipelines from subsea manifolds in 250m to 1400m water depth to a horizontally drilled shore crossing, whilst meeting all Environmental, Governmental and Quarantine Approvals. Experienced in directly administering and managing major offshore pipeline construction contracts. Appreciation of field logistics and associated construction challenges, familiar with CRA welding and auto UT processes. Understanding and leadership of HES management in construction operations. Large diameter CRA pipelines experience. Deepwater experience.
