Description: Pipeline Operations Manager Africa, Nigeria Ensure hydrocarbon transportation and delivery capabilities are integrated with oil and gas production. a.. Ensure the internal and external integrity of all pipeline assets meets the set target of oil and gas availability and satisfies long term oil and gas customer demands in terms of quality and quantity b.. Implement the operation processes for pipelines to ensure debottlenecking and minimum production restrictions, including pigging, cleaning and chemical injection c.. Drive the preparation and implementation of corporate pipeline operations contracts d.. Coordinate hydrocarbon transportation and delivery with all production assets e.. Coordinate CP, coating monitoring, survey, manifold inspection, maintenance and upgrade activities f.. Drive HSE compliance in all pipeline operations activities.
Qualifications: Degree in engineering and 12+ years experience managing and operating pipelines, you'll have the ability to manage budgets, schedules and contracts, and possess the leadership and management skills to drive change in a large organisation. a.. Pipeline, HSE, inspection and maintenance disciplines b.. Pipeline and manifold internal and external condition enhancement process delivery c.. MAOP (Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure) delivery d.. Best practice implementation in internal and external inspection and operation of pipeline systems to deliver acceptable integrity and availability of the hydrocarbon evacuation system e.. Maintenance of pipeline ancillary systems CP (Cathodic Protection), coating monitoring, surveys, manifold inspection, all with the aim of achieving best-of-class equipment availability f.. Compliance with all HSE policies and processes.
