Description: Manage concept selection, contract strategy development and implementation of Pipelines projects from inception to handover. Prepare contracting strategy, tender documents for project execution. Manage bid evaluation and award process. Oversee execution of project by EPC or other contractors. Obtain cross-departmental agreement on scope, define and execute option studies and FEED contract. Control scope growth, schedule and cost; develop and issue a Project Plan. Direct and manage project teams where required.
Qualifications: Degree, Minimum 15+ years experience in the oil and gas industry. Substantial experience of managing large scale pipeline projects, including experience of shared capital projects. Experience of client management of EPC contractors with a demonstrated track record of controlling scope, schedule and cost. Strong computer skills, including interpretation of project planning and cost tracking software
