Description: Snr Pipeline Projects Engineer (Offshore) Location: SE Asia Salary/Rate: Negotiable Design and management of pipeline projects. Feed and conceptual design/ feasibility studies. Techno-economic optimization studies. Pipeline route/ facility site selection.Perform environmental and pipeline risk assessment studies. Prepare design basis document with input from all concerned disciplines. Develop detailed scope of work, design basis document and project execution plan, Prepare cost estimates and project schedules, Perform engineering for Procurement including RFQ, technical evaluation and vendor drawing approvals, Perform engineering for Construction including preparation of construction Project description, pricing schedules, construction specifications, drawings and studies. Facility commissioning activities; engineering support during construction including field engineering, inspection through commissioning. Qualifications: Bachelor\\'s degree in Engineering with a Minimum 12+ years experience. Direct project management experience, operator and engineering and construction contractor preferred. Good familiarity with international pipelines procedures, processes, codes and standards.
