Description: Sr Pipeline Construction Engineer Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur Manage and execute pipeline and flowline Construction and Installation scopes including writing technical procedures for fabrication, installation, pre-commissioning with regards to HSEQ integrity, and regulatory compliance; Assist project team with HAZIDs, HAZOPs, and Operability reviews, deal with local regulations and requirements for fabrication yard, material transportation and Pre-commissioning procedures, and equipment set up; Manage interface issues between all parties involved to ensure that consistent fabrication and construction procedures are employed across the project.
Qualifications: Degree in Engineering. 10+ years experience in pipeline engineering with a sound track record in pipeline design and installation; Experience of offshore construction, linepipe handling, QA/QC, equiptments requirements, welding and NDT procedures; Experience in high pressure/high temperature CRA pipeline design and construction is a plus.
