Develop and manage Company's Corporate Compliance
Initiative and ensure that the company and it's employees
consistently adhere to the highest ethical standards and
comply with all legal and regulatory
requirements. The Director will:
1) implement written policies and procedures,
2) conduct effective training and education,
3) develop effective lines of communication,
4) conduct internal monitoring and auditing,
5) enforce standards through well-publicized disciplinary guidelines, and
6) respond promptly to detected problems and undertaking corrective action.
To lead the development of appropriate policies/procedures, the Director
must understand the Legal, business, compliance and HR implications of each
area to be addressed, and coordinate and guide these and other functions, as
required.
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements
-Minimum 12 years experience in:
Commercial, Legal, Finance or HR Functions.
-A legal background and JD are required.
-Medical Device or PhRMA industry experience and compliance management
experience are required.
-Position requires Healthcare Fraud & Abuse legal experience.
-Travel 15%
