Supply Chain Development Manager
Hightstown, NJ
Position will lead and develop the Supply Chain planning process in support
of new product development. This individual will select and qualify
suppliers to
ensure consistent quality and delivery. In addition, this individual will
coordinate with R&D to provide breadboard and prototype material and develop
and manage material costs for new products. He/she will develop inventory
mangement processes for raw, work in process and finished goods.
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements
-Bachelors degree with 12 years of experience as a buyer/planner/materials
manager. APICS certification in materials management is strongly preferred.
-Regulated industry experience is necessary.
-Experience in Supply Chain development; all facets of materials management;
procurement including commodity sourcing, cost analysis, make/buy analysis;
planning/scheduling is required.
-Percentage of Travel 25%
***Additional/Preferred/Pluses :
-Managerial experience is preferred.
-Experience in the medial device industry is required.
