Administers and directs management team in the development, promotion and growth of the company.
Directs and evaluates the preparation of short and long term range plans and budget planning based on broad goals and growth objectives
Maintains a sound plan by establishing policies to ensure adequate management development and by providing for capable management succession.
Evaluates the operational and financial results of the company in coordination with the Finance Manager, ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results regularly and systematically reports such results to the Managing Director.
Monitors appropriate activities and operations for compliance with local and international regulations and laws governing business operations.
Evaluatesthe effective utilization of financial, physical and human resources, Develops team building synergy and interacts with management to focus on
common goal setting and business promotion. Represents the organization with major clients and leads the organization's customer relationship management
initiatives.
Explore and identify new business opportunities.
Formulate Strategic plans to meet the long and medium term objectives.
Provide leadership and certification and direction for bidding process in coordination with the respective divisions or departments
Defining and approving the quality policy.
Approving the Quality System Documents and Training.
Approving the quality objectives.
Being responsible for the development of Company business plan.
Review the effectiveness and efficiency of company system operation in conjunction with Divisional Managers and Department Managers.
Calling and chairing Management Review meetings on regular basis.
