Description: Principal Advisor, Asset Management & Maintenance Europe Responsibilities: Provide consultancy to achieve excellence in plant operations, plant maintenance, plant turnarounds and new plant start-ups. - As a project leader of a multi-disciplinary team, you will both design and deliver Asset Management Improvement strategies to ensure plant integrity, improving reliability, reducing costs and improving human competence. - Creative in developing and integrating asset management strategies to ensure excellent performance in both Maintenance and Operations on a sustainable basis both for existing as well as new assets.
Qualifications: Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 12+ years of experience in the oil refineries, petrochemical sites, gas processing, or oil field start ups, operations or maintenance, and who has successfully lead change management / business process streamlining. Experience in Refining, Petrochemicals, Natural Gas processing or Gas/ Crude Oil Production Sectors, either in plant operations and/ or maintenance management or in start-up, reliability and integrity management. Expertise in the field of plant operations and plant maintenance As an experienced professional, you will be able to investigate, diagnose, recommend and deliver tailored asset management. Develop and integrate asset management strategies across plant start-ups, operations and maintenance to ensure plant integrity, improving reliability, reducing costs. Involved in major change management and business process streamlining.
