Description: Responsible for providing management, coordination, and oversight of Refinery Capital Project Construction activities, a combination of small and major projects, with a variety of construction service suppliers and formats T&M, Fixed Price, Fixed fee, Incentive based, etc. Key Accountabilities: - Ensuring performance and results of the construction activity, including safety and environmental performance, and schedule/cost performance - Active interface with Project Engineers, Quality Assurance team, C&P organization, and all functions at the site, especially the Production function. - Supervise and direct contract coordinators.
Qualifications: Degree, Engineering or Construction Management 12+ years of experience in a site environment with project management/construction management assignments. You will have specific experience in successfully delivering medium to large projects to start up and operation, including application of sound controls and management systems for the project construction.
