Description: Director, Energy Conservation & Technology Texas Develop and manage energy initiatives and ventures. Assess, design and implement an overall system-wide energy conservation improvement program. Work in a team environment to develop site-specific plans for quantification and implementation of overall energy reduction targets for the company. Evaluate and convey benefits of all potential energy projects for the purpose of prioritization and corporate approval. Craft business deals with equipment vendors, service providers and project partners to ensure proposed benefits will be realized. Communicate other industry success stories and best practices for the purpose of potential duplication. Take the lead as an energy subject matter specialist for the company. Perform due diligence on potential acquisition candidates.
Qualifications: Degree, Chemical Engineering or related field required. 15+ years of Refinery or related experience, including project development, design and execution. Consulting experience a plus. Ability to do financial analysis and presentations.
