Description: Logistics & Supply Manager (Downstream Operations) Location: US Central Salary: Negotiable Work to complete business development and optimization projects. Lead multiple projects on major cross-functional, logistical, and other issues facing the Company and/or individual Business Units. Complete a variety of projects that improve profitability through the effective development and utilization of logistics infrastructure. Works collaboratively with all affected Operations departments, including Transportation, Crude Supply, Product Supply, Refining Corporate Development as needed. -Lead initiatives as assigned by Logistics & Supply director -Conduct necessary analysis and presents recommendations. - Coordinates and prioritizes initiatives of multiple departments,providing lighter analytic support. Participates as a team member on projects led by other departments. Qualifications: Bachelor\\'s degree; Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent with specific emphases in general management, corporate strategy and/or industrial marketing is preferred. 12+ years of experience in the energy industry preferably in downstream oil, refining, marketing and/or midstream, required. Specific experience and exposure to planning / optimization of pipelines, docks, rail and/or storage for refining or petrochemical operations required. Combination of technical, commercial, trading, planning, supply chain experience is preferred. Ability to build and use discounted cash flow financial models and apply Monte Carlo modeling techniques Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, process flow diagrams, logistics system maps, common scientific and technical journals, and legal documents, at a basic level.
