Job Title: Pipeline Integrity Engineer

Description: Pipeline Integrity Engineer San Antonio The Pipeline Integrity Engineer will manage all aspects of pipeline facility integrity projects on pipeline assets and terminal assets in multiple US locations. The position will manage all aspects of integrity projects, including the following activities: develop pipeline purge and cleaning plans; assess integrity; asses inspection data; develop dig and repair or replacement plan; manage the inspection data; document and assure compliance with Integrity Management Plan (IMP) and Operator Qualification Plan; integrate historical integrity data into the database to develop a comprehensive integrity picture of the line segments being assessed; maintain/update the integrity data base for each project; provide input and facilitate the risk assessment process; enhance the Companys IMP to maintain consistency with industry developments and government regulations. This position will direct engineering consultants and contractors to successfully execute multiple projects concurrently. Supports multiple capital and expense projects simultaneously within a managed budget and execution schedule. This position will coordinate projects with Operations, Right of Way and EH&S for the successful execution of projects affecting existing and new assets. Follows all safety rules and regulations established by the company. Position will ensure project compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, a minimum of 6+ years of experience with integrity management, operations, and pipeline maintenance in the pipeline industry is required. Risk, corrosion, and integrity engineering background; GIS experience; database experience; experience with management of field construction or maintenance crews with pipeline modifications; pipeline purging and cleaning operations; in-line inspection tools, hydro tests, and direct assessment methods; knowledgeable of CFR Part 195, ASME, API, NACE, OSHA, etc.; excellent verbal and written communications skills with capability to work with internal and external customers also required. Proficient use of SAP, Microsoft Office tools, ILI vendor software, GIS and database software and general computer skills are required.
