Description: Process Engineer (Distillation/Separation) Location: SE Asia Salary/Rate: Negotiable. Responsibilities: - core responsibilities are providing technical advice on optimisation of operations in distillation facilities, through monitoring, modelling and evaluation of plant performance to all clients. Distillation and Separations. - Execute process studies as well as licensing bids for all projects - Participate in margin improvement and energy reduction activities, technical audits, safety audits. - Implement process designs for revamp and new units. - Design distillation internals and separation devices, support acquisition activities, and adhere to quality standards. - You will also be providing after sales, technical support for projects. - Participate in the development and maintenance of in-house tools and documentation, whilst contributing to R&D experiments in separation technology. Qualifications: - Degree in Engineering or related degree. - Process engineer in a refinery, chemical plant, gas plant, or Exploration & Production facility. - Good knowledge in Distillation & separation processes. Competencies should encompass economics planning, and process control in the distillation/ separation units. Working knowledge in refineries and execution of R&D experiments. - Strong experiences with process simulation tools, and experience in design and project related work are highly desirable Investigate, diagnose, recommend and deliver tailored improvements.
