Description: Provide expert analysis and advice on optimizing manufacturing performance in the areas of process stream costs, feedstock options and unit performance As an experienced engineer, you will investigate and recommend alternative manufacturing strategies, business and unit process improvements, and feedstock and product supply options. You will also be able to advice in the light of investments, legislative and competitive forces, alternate costs, incremental margins/ values, and the demands in the market place. Requirements: Degree in Chemical Engineering or MBA is preferred. 12+ years of working experience of petroleum refining and/or petrochemical manufacturing processes. Track record in a change management or implementation role/environment dealing with complex major projects. Expert in the field of hydrocarbon margin management and profitability analysis with thorough experience in petroleum refining and manufacturing processes. A strategizer with strong understanding of the economical impacts and have proven track records in providing creative investment strategies. Innovative in managing technical and business process audits. Experience in supply planning, scheduling and manufacturing planning. Investigate, diagnose, recommend and deliver tailored improvements Experienced in the assessment of the economics and impact of alternate manufacturing scenarios. Experience of developing and integrating manufacturing and investment strategies.
