Description: Director, Business Development & Stategy. Des Moines, Iowa Focus on research and analysis of internal business practices, competitors/industry evaluation and the development of strategic initiatives that drive market share, risk management, and support long term growth. Assist in the development of strategic business opportunities, long-range business plans that support strategic initiatives of the business units, work with business units in understanding the business objectives and vulnerabilities in their plan to achieve set goals, and manage the implementation of key business projects that support corporate objectives. Bachelors degree in Business/Finance with additional specialized training. 3-5 years research and analytical business experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.
