General Description :
The successful candidate will be responsible to develop a meteorology program for wind and solar energy generation business.
General Duties & Accountabilities : Provides energy forecasts for locations the company is interested in/ Will participate in site selection, manage site suitability assessments and micro siting for wind farm design. Develop wind turbine layout based on meteorological data. Analyze performance of wind and solar projects. Provides analytical support and modeling capabilities to both finance and development from project conception through project operations.
Qualifications: Minimum Education Skills & Experience Required :
-12 years experience in Meteorology
-Knowledge of GIS technology and graphics software programs
-Experience with various Wind related software
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Travel, 20% (domestic) required
