Analyst, Wind Renewable Energy Contract Settlement

Provide settlement support to the operations group for assets in ongoing operations and assuring accurate processing of settlements, landowner payments, and various other activities to support operational obligations of this renewable energy company.
Produce monthly invoices and reconcile settlement discrepancies with the various ISOs and offtakers
Generate landowner payments files with input from site staff. Support the development of tools and processes to
track obligations for the major contracts of an operating wind farm (e.g., PPA, Turbine O&M, Landowner, and Tax Equity)
Prepare monthly accruals estimates for accounting and provide support to any inquiries.
Prepare various adhoc requests for tax, accounting, and strategic planning
Assist site staff to maintain and strengthen relationship with landowners, offtakers, ISOs, and various parties critical to
the success of operations. Collaborate with accounting regarding A/R and A/P requests associated with settlements and
landowner payments to ensure they are timely processed.
Support the development of standard business processes at operating plants to ensure workload is streamlined and
simplified, wherever possible. Interface with engineering, accounting, development staff and other individuals both inside
and outside the company as required. Perform other tasks as successful plant operations may require
