Contract Manager

      Asset Management role responsible for ensuring contract obligations
with customers and suppliers are met in a timely basis.  This role will be
the subject matter expert for all contracts related to operating assets.
    . Summarize obligations between key counter parties (e.g.,
Power Purchasing Customers, Turbine O&M Providers, Landowners, etc.)
      . Monitor contract details focused on non-compliance by any of the
parts
      . Verify payments and receivables (Energy settlement, LD's, incentive
payments, etc.)
      . Manage staff that determine amounts due and owed
      . Develop standard practices and processes across all operating sites
to manage the settlement process
      . Interact with customers, suppliers and internal counterparties
regarding obligations
      . Develop weekly and monthly reports with detailed information and
balances
      . Write letters to customers and suppliers to document status on
contract obligations
      . Lead settlement efforts with counter-parties when obligations are
not met
      . Track key milestones within the contracts
      o Energy Off-takers and land owners
      o OEM / suppliers, and availability bonus/LDs
      o Remote operator APX
      . Complete Renewable Energy Credit sales for merchant plants
      . Support regulatory operations reporting
