Description: Construction Project Engineer
Texas, Houston
The Construction Project Engineer is responsible for detailed planning of
construction wind farm projects that may range in size from 100 to 300 MW
each.
Project planning will include scheduling,
budgeting, driving engineering design with the Engineering team and
preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for the BOP and Installation
contractors.
During Project Execution, the Project Engineer assists the
Wind Farm Site Manager with invoicing, change order preparation, progress
reporting, tracking key performance indicators (KPI's) on the project and
monthly expense cash flow forecasting. The Project Engineer will share
accountability for achieving milestones, cost control and process continuous
improvement.
Position reports to the Director,
Construction Project Management.

Qualifications: Degree, preferably in a technical field; degree in Construction
Project Management a plus.
Experience in project management roles.
. Demonstrated experience with scheduling, budgeting and execution of
projects over million.
. Demonstrated experience in services contracting and negotiating a plus.
. 25% travel may be required.
