Sr. Robotics Engineer

Alameda, CA

Position is avaliable in Alameda or Richmond, CA. Position will be responsible for the projects that consist of:

• design of high performance control systems
• using your analytical knowledge of modeling techniques
• design of multivariable and non-linear controllers
• design and control the implementation of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• design and evaluation of sensory systems
• use of measurement and instrumentation systems for debugging
• integrate electrical and mechanical components
• work with various controls CAD software
• travels to client location to perform demontrations and make presentations 

Basic Minimum Requirements:

• An advanced degree in engineering or equivalent with minimum of 5 years of experience in design of high performance control systems.
• Experience and analytical knowledge of modeling techniques.
• Experience and analytical knowledge in design of multivariable and non-linear controllers.
• Experience and analytical knowledge in design and control implementation of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Experience and analytical knowledge in design and evaluation of sensory systems.
• Ability to work with measurement and instrumentation systems for debugging.
• Thorough understanding of the integration of electrical and mechanical components.
• Ability to work with various controls CAD software.
• Ability to consider factors influencing the control robustness.
• Ability to model all aspects of robotic systems.
• Travel : 20-35%
