Sr Product Development Engineer
Woodbury, NY
Basic Description
Position is located in New York State and will work in company's hardware
security department on project work that involves design, maintainance and
development of hardware for new and existing security products. Identify
task
and estimate effort to implement engineering and marketing specifications.
The position will lead an engineering team in the design and development
efforts
for these products.
Qualifications: Basic Requirenments & Qualifications
--Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering
--Minimum of 7 years experience with :
-hardware design (analog and digital)
-system design in hardware
-circuit simulation tools (PSpice)
-debugging, troubleshooting and analyzing analog and digital circuit
--Minimum of 5 years experience with
-PCB schematic capture and simulation tools (PCAD)
-product development process experience /project schedules
--Additional Qualification
-some experience with embedded microcomputer systems
-knowledge with computer programming preferred
-experience with embedded microcomputer systems
