Senior Process Engineer (Mfg)
Solar Cell & Film Mfctg / Design
Sr Process Engineer (Mfg) will be responsible for 1) Solar cell and
module process improvement, 2) Establishing a baseline mfg. processes in
different stages, 3) Module failure mode analysis and problem solving, 4)
Documentation of all PV cell & module manufacturing processes, 5) UL, IEC,
and TUV Qualification tests, 6)Generating training program for production
operators 7)Supervise junior engineers to achieve the manufacturing goals.
Qualifications: Experience/Education/Skills
Min. 7 yrs. professional hands-on experience in solar cell
& module manufacturing process, min. 5 yrs experience dealing with ISO,
UL, IEC, and TUV certification processes,4 yrs min. technical supervision
experience, BS degree in Engineering, PV manufacturing experience required
additional exp : thin film PV experience preferred
