High-level technical position within the Company's TP Engineering Group
(terrestrial product) Design, develop & implement new solar cell products,
new manufacturing testing &characterization methods, & new failure
analysis methods to support the successful commercialization of solar
cells for newly commercialized concentrator photovoltaic applications;
Design, recommend & perform experiments, analyze data & prepare reports
to support the qualification and reliability testing of solar cells for new
applications; Generate/propose design alternatives & solutions to enhance
the value of solar cell products & strengthen Company's  intellectual
property portfolio; Identify failure mechanisms related to solar cell components and
assemblies.
