Description: Business Analyst /Contracts Manager

Principal Responsibilities:
Business Analyst takes ownership of the portions of the effort focused on integrating acceptance of
Agile Development Methodologies into FARs.
Responsible for publishing and maintaining projects Program Objectives and Milestones; work with
the clients and stakeholders to define the agile methodology FAR modification roadmap; coordinate
with DoD acquisition agencies on how to incorporate agile methodologies into FARs.
Orchestrate the coordination between the agencies and organizations
participating involved in governance of DoD software aquisition
Be available to the team during the sprint to represent progress to the clients or stakeholders
Qualifications: Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, management, technical management, MIS, CS,
engineering discipline etc.
8 - 10 years of FAR experience; emphasis on software acquisition programs
Business analysis, product management, or product development experience
Ability to capture, prioritize, and communicate solution functionality
Good understanding of the software development process. Ability to lead and facilitate meetings.
Desired, Modeling and Simulation Experience and Scrum Agile Methodology
