Information Technology.
Responsible for the design, delivery and improvement of complex in-house software
applications, required documentation, and interaction with internal and external clients

and vendors. Provides support to end users on the most efficient and effective utilization of applications
and software programs utilized to support the business objectives. Evaluate current systems

and proposed upgrades or redesigns to ensure that the improvements in productivity,

minimization of costs and service improvements are maximized. Provide mentoring to

less experienced personnel in the troubleshooting of applications and software.

Ensure that program objectives have been identified and clarified to ensure accuracy.

Reviews, analyzes and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing,

debugging and installation of complex applications or systems. Writes or oversees
preparation of documentation for program development, logic, coding and
corrections. Writes or oversees the compilation of user manuals and standard
work for installation and operating procedures.

Degree relevant.

10+ years in IT
7 years coding in J2EE framework
Advanced knowledge and experience in JSP, HTML, Javascript & CSS
Proficient in SQL and skills in Unix
Solid understanding of multi tiered web application environments
Good working knowledge of Web and Application servers (iPlanet and
WebSphere preferred)
 Strong knowledge of XML and XSLT
Around 5-7 years of designing, developing, and implementing customer focused
websites and/or web applications.
