Banking-Domain Manager / IT  /Cash Manager Project Manager

The position join's the Asia team as a Domain Manager and is responsible for managing IT projects for the fast growing Banking Business in the Asia Pacific region. The position will be responsible to handle a project portfolio and define the current, medium and long-term business and functional capabilities of IT products. Other responsibilities include product development, lifecycle management and overseeing Banking Company's budget, supplier and staffing requirements. The position will work closely with our vendors and also manage client demands and build relationships cross culture and cross-country.

Minimum Requirements:

 

-10+ years‘ of experience managing IT applications, especially for medium-to-large development projects

-Knowledge of business products and applications related to cash management and transaction banking, excellent communication  and negotiation skills

-Prior experience and excellence in focus on quality and customer value

-Must have ability to manage large-scale projects within a banking environment, financial management skills, and fluency in written and spoken English are essential.
-Must be a strong leader, know how to oversee virtual teams and off-shore vendor relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

-Excellent knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies for application development, web design and database management will make the position a success.
-Must have at least 6 years of IT project management experience

-Has experience adhering to the CMMI framework ,preferred.
