Description: Agile Project Manager /Scrum Manager Philadelphia Facilitates the development process and ensures timely delivery of work products · Oversees the day-to-day process of software development activities. · Plans monthly reviews and planning sessions with team and solution stakeholders. · Manages the development of the demonstrations. · Collects and reports progress metrics on a daily and weekly basis. · Facilitates discussions between developers and stakeholders. · Coordinates with stakeholders outside the team. · Facilitates issue and risk resolution.
Qualifications: Degree in business, management, technical management, MIS, CS, engineering discipline, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills Organizational development experience (with solution delivery teams, with departments, etc.) Project management experience including schedule and budget management Good understanding of the software development process Ability to manage meetings, multiple projects Strong writing and verbal communication skills Netcentric Enterprise Solutions for Interoperability Data Management Experience Scrum Agile Methodology Proven leadership
