Electric Power Grid Transmission

Perform operational reviews, develop performance metrics and recommend
measures for increased efficiency of all departments within Operations group
(Grid Operations, Energy Market, TCC Market, and Auxiliary Markets
Operations)

Ensure appropriate procedures and processes are in place in order to
maintain reliable interconnected system operations; ensure procedures and
processes are in compliance with established and emerging standards.

Implement and evaluate coordinated training programs for system operators
in compliance with all applicable training requirements

Assist in development of Business and Strategic plans; ensure
present and future program development is compliant with established and
emerging reliability standards.
Oversee development, analyze performance, and provide various reports
related to Grid and Market Operations Performance Metrics.
