Support VP Business Development in developing and updating the Business Plan growth targets and
implementing the sales growth plan to deliver profitable and sustainable growth. Within assigned territory, build the sales pipeline and develop opportunities to maintain a steady flow of
projects and secure those within plan timescales. Negotiate and close deals to meet individual targets in line
with commercial parameters Coach and mentor field sales force mentoring using proven sales management techniques.
Manage the tactical sales activity of the field sales force of business developers by directing their prospecting, lead identification,
development of the bid/proposal offering and bid to win strategy, deal structuring and risk profile, project financing and credit
assessment where necessary. Territory sales/business development management.
Identify and secure suitable new business, lead the deal structuring & bid management process.
Identify, qualify and prioritize leads through the use of market research tools, local market data and active targeted prospecting.
